Article marketing has spread all about. And here come the article submitters. They claim to submit your articles to all directories an send you quality traffic. Just xx bucks and you are into it.
That's not at all true. MOST OF THESE THINGS DON'T WORK.
If they do they don't submit to good article directories. Most of these things have their own ezine directories of no good set up and the softwares auto submit to them making you think you're in for a lot of traffic but no most of them are of penniless worth and are lazy bums just filling space in your PC and your minds.
I researched a lot . Spent ( WASTED ) a lot of money on such stuff with no good cause.

Without the crap I will tell you there are two ways to go over this ; the hard way and the easy way.

The Hard Way:

1) Search on google for 'submit articles'. Submit Articles

2) Submit your articles on all of the top 10 directories.

3) Bookmark the directories for your convenience.

4)Do this again and again for all your articles.

Phew... Now the Easy way:
